Garden Sunrise

Hours: The last drink call is 8:30 PM and last dance on or before 9:00 PM, with one hour for send off, packing up/loading and vendor exit by 10:00pm. 

Guest Count: Events are limited to 50 guests.

Bathroom Facilities: The venue client is required, at their own expense, to contract with a portable restroom vendor to install portable restroom facilities the day before the event and have them removed the day following the event.

General Policies:
– BYO alcohol which must be served by a licensed bartender/caterer.
– Rainier Gardens’ Event Manager must pre-approve all decorations.
– Client must provide evidence of general liability insurance covering the event.
– A pre-approved caterer service is allowed.
– Amplified music is allowed between the hours of 1:00pm and 9:00pm.
– Smoking in designated areas only.
– All guests and vendor employees must park in Rainier Gardens designated parking areas only.

Post Event Maintenance: After each event, the Client must clean venue grounds and facilities, placing all trash and debris in the designated container.
